Pizza au pepperoni

Ingrédients:
Pâte à pizza : 450 g (du commerce ou faite maison)
Sauce tomate : 125 ml (votre marque préférée ou faite maison)
Mozzarella : 2 tasses, râpée
Piments forts : 125 ml, tranchés
Huile d’olive : 1 cuillère à soupe (pour badigeonner)
Origan séché : 1 cuillère à café
Basilic séché : 1 cuillère à café
Ail en poudre : 1/2 cuillère à café
Sel : au goût
Poivre noir : au goût
Farine de maïs ou farine : pour saupoudrer
