The Queen’s Concern

Not far away, inside the royal palace, Queen Mirabel sat on her throne listening to reports from her servants.

One maid approached carefully and bowed.

“Your Majesty… the prince delayed his journey this morning.”

The queen raised an eyebrow.

“For what reason?”

The maid hesitated before speaking.

“It seems… a village girl caught his attention.”

Queen Mirabel slowly lifted her head.

“A village girl?”

Her expression hardened immediately.

“Find out who she is.”

Because in that palace, one rule had always been clear.

No poor girl was allowed near the destiny of a prince.

And far away in the village, Uli continued walking home, unaware that her small act of kindness had already changed her future.

And possibly the future of the kingdom.
